Please read these terms carefully before using Water Eject.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Water Eject mobile application ("the App") provided by The App, Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

What Water Eject Is

Water Eject is a sound frequency generator for iPhone. The App plays tuned audio frequencies through your device speaker. The same vibration that powers normal speaker playback may, in some cases, help move trapped water or loose dust out of the speaker grill, and may help you test how your speaker handles different sound levels.

Important Disclaimer

Water Eject does not claim to prevent water damage, it does not repair any kind of hardware damage, and it cannot undo harm that already happened to your device. If your phone has touched any liquid, please also follow Apple's official drying steps to take proper care of it.

Results vary depending on the device, the amount and type of liquid, the volume level used, and many other factors. The App is provided as a simple utility, not as a guaranteed repair tool, medical device, or professional diagnostic instrument.

Safe Use

The App plays loud audio frequencies at high volume. Please:

  • Do not hold the speaker close to your ears.
  • Remove headphones, earbuds, and hearing aids before playing frequencies.
  • Keep the App away from infants, young children, and pets, who may be sensitive to loud or high-pitched sounds.
  • Stop using the App immediately if you experience any discomfort.

You are responsible for using the App safely and in a way that does not harm yourself, others, or your device.

License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on a device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except to the extent these restrictions are not allowed by applicable law.

Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Water Eject is free to download and use. The core frequency-generator functionality is free, with no time limits and no account required.

Certain advanced or specific features may be offered as an optional in-app subscription ("Premium"). If you choose to subscribe, the following terms apply:

  • Payment. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
  • Managing your subscription. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase. Cancellation of the current active subscription period is not allowed during the active period.
  • Pricing & plans. Subscription length, price, and features are displayed in the App at the point of purchase. Prices may vary by region.
  • Free trial. If a free trial is offered and you do not cancel before it ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription. Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
  • Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's policies. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • Privacy. Subscription handling is performed entirely by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment information. See our Privacy Policy for details.

No Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any specific result.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The App, Inc. and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, damage to your device, hearing damage, or any other damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App.

Our total liability for any claim related to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us for the App, which for a free app is zero dollars.

Apple App Store Terms

If you download the App from the Apple App Store, you also agree to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, these Terms control, except where Apple's EULA is more restrictive.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
